The 35th & Walnut Apartments will be a 13-story building comprised of 366 units that average 542 square feet. Additionally, there will be 9,800 sf of retail/office space on the first floor alongside the leasing office. The development is located in the middle of River North Arts District (“RiNo”), the most exciting neighborhood for development in Denver. It is a short two-block walk to the new 38th & Blake Station on RTD’s “A” Rail line (connecting Downtown Denver to Denver International Airport) and the first A Line stop from Union Station. The plan also includes a 13th floor amenity roof deck with sweeping downtown and mountain views, a roof-top dog run, a club-quality fitness center, LEED certification, and novel storage solutions for small-unit living.
