As Senior Analyst at Brue Baukol, Tom’s responsibilities include identifying and evaluating new development and investment opportunities across BBCP’s target markets. Tom also assists in the regular review of BBCP’s existing portfolio, in order to mitigate risk and optimize returns.
Tom started his career in real estate at Cedar Woods Properties, an Australian based REIT, headquartered in Perth, Western Australia. After moving to the US in 2014, Tom spent three years at Stockbridge Capital Group where he focused on acquisitions and asset management. Most recently, Tom worked at McWhinney in Denver, where he was tasked with the asset management of its commercial portfolio, including Denver’s Union Station and Dairy Block.
Tom is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (“NAIOP”) and a member of the ULI Young Leaders program.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Real Estate from Curtin University, Western Australia. He also completed a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment at NYU.
Outside of the office Tom can be found snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking or enjoying one of Colorado’s many craft breweries.
