Fox Street Station

Brue Baukol Capital Partners entered into a joint venture with LCP Development in 2016 to purchase two parcels of land directly adjacent to the 41st & Fox rail transit station in Denver, CO. BBCP and LCP subsequently aggregated the parcels into a larger assemblage, obtained an environmental No Action Determination designation through various environmental efforts and achieved modifications to the property’s zoning and entitlements.
