When you log in to this site, you agree (1) to receive Brue Baukol Capital Partners investment reports, sales distributions letters, subscription documents, and confidential investment tax documents via this site, (2) to update your email address so that we may contact you, (3) to keep current the street address to appear on your tax documents as provided to the IRS, and (4) that you have the means to download and print any tax documents as required by the IRS.

TERMINATION. Brue Baukol Capital Partners may terminate the License at any time if you are in breach of these Terms of Use. The License will terminate immediately without notice from Brue Baukol Capital Partners if, in Brue Baukol Capital Partners’ sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, you are not permitted to access or use the Site.
BREACH. You also hereby acknowledge that your breach of these Terms of Use may result in immediate and irreparable harm to Brue Baukol Capital Partners, for which there will be no adequate remedy at law, and that Brue Baukol Capital Partners shall be entitled to equitable relief to compel you to cease and desist all unauthorized use, evaluation and/or disclosure of information obtained through the Site. Your breach of these Terms of Use may also entitle Brue Baukol Capital Partners to bring an action against you for any and all other remedies available at law or in equity.
NO WAIVER; SEVERABILITY. These Terms of Use, and the rights and obligations of you and Brue Baukol Capital Partners hereunder, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Arizona. You further agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Brue Baukol Capital Partners arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Tucson, Arizona, and you hereby expressly and irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
