The Industrial Portfolio was an assemblage of thirteen (13) industrial properties acquired over a two-year period beginning in 2012. Collectively these buildings covered over 450,000 square feet and were occupied by an assortment of tenants ranging in size from 7,900 to 45,900 square feet.
