Responsibilities
With over 15 years of real estate experience, Bryce is involved in all phases of the asset lifecycle, including underwriting, due diligence, structuring, closing, and asset management. His experience across multiple asset types and capital structures supports BBCP’s dynamic, entrepreneurial platform.
Experience
Prior to joining Brue Baukol Capital Partners, Bryce spent 10 years in multiple capacities including asset management, financial underwriting, and capital markets at NexCore Group, a real estate development firm focused on healthcare assets across the United States. Prior to NexCore, Bryce began his career at Newmark where he focused on leasing and sales of traditional office assets across the Denver metro region.
Education
Bryce graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a BS in Finance and an emphases in Real Estate & Entrepreneurship.
Personal
After growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, Bryce has lived in Colorado for 15 years where he enjoys golfing, skiing, concerts, sporting events, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
