In partnership with Schnitzer West, 5675 Arapahoe is a nearly 10 acre, flat site and allows for approximately 217,000 square feet of development. This site provides the opportunity to create a campus setting in the heart of Boulder, Colorado, something that is nearly impossible to find or create. Ten+ foot ceiling heights, floor to ceiling glass and a west orientation will accentuate the natural setting and the panoramic views of the Flatirons.
