Frost Creek

Golf Resort Development Eagle, Colorado

Overview

Formerly Adam’s Rib Ranch, (Frost Creek) was a distressed private golf course and residential community in the Vail Valley that had failed to regain traction after launching the delivery of homesites and membership sales in 2008. Immediately after Brue Baukol’s acquisition in early 2015, a rebranding and marketing campaign was employed to energize the community locally and nationally. Frost Creek gained unprecedented acceptation; new members and residence were drawn to the club—seeking the “mountain lifestyle” that is so invigorating.

Members have access to multiple fishing and activity ponds, hiking and biking trails, Brush Creek, and Member and Guest cabins. At the heart of the community is the clubhouse that includes fine dining, members lounge, and Olympic pool, spa and fitness center.
