In partnership with the most active and experienced development partner in Cherry Creek, BMC Investments, Milwaukee Place is a Class AA, to-be-built office and retail building in the heart of Denver’s number one office market – Cherry Creek.

Milwaukee Place is located on Milwaukee Street between 2^nd and 3^rd Avenue on a 0.42-acre site and will be a 7-story, 93,545 square foot state-of-the-art office building constructed over two floors of below-grade parking. The 6^th floor will include a large, outdoor private terrace. Additional building amenities will include valet parking, a first-level outdoor seating area, concierge service, and a bike storage room. Construction has begun and is expected to be complete the first quarter 2027.
