Responsibilities
Andrea joined Brue Baukol Capital Partners in 2019, working closely with Chad Brue and Geoff Baukol to optimize executive performance. As Vice President of Operations, Andrea oversees operational functions, streamlines processes, and drives strategic initiatives across the organization.
Experience
Prior to Brue Baukol, Andrea served as Chief of Staff for an international private family office, where she streamlined the CEO’s operations, led cross-functional business initiatives, and supported complex investments and high-level projects under tight timelines. Earlier in her career, Andrea built a strong foundation in non-profit arts management, working for two non-profit arts organizations: the State of Minnesota’s Film Commission and a non-profit art house cinema renowned for hosting an annual international film festival. In these roles, she managed fundraising events, oversaw film programming, and coordinated large-scale cultural events.
Education
Andrea holds an Executive MBA from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic Communications Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Minnesota. - Twin Cities.
