In partnership with United Properties, Amira Choice Arvada is a 120-unit senior housing community providing Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL) and Memory Care (MC) services in the vibrant suburb Arvada, Colorado. Situated on a 4.47 acres site, the building will stand four stories tall and include a fitness studio, art studio, pub and bistro, library, onsite salon & spa, as well as an outdoor plaza and community gardens. Construction is underway with an estimated project completion of Q3 2023.
