Overview

Kaua’i Lands consists of 18,550 acres of land on the island of Kaua’i including conservation land, agricultural land, two hydroelectric facilities, a large scale solar and battery-based energy storage system and quarry operations. The stewardship of this important sustainable energy, agricultural and conservation portfolio in Kaua‘i includes approximately 10,000 acres in the Wainiha Valley that stretch from the center of the island towards the North Shore; approximately 5,000 acres of agricultural land located on the South Shore and over five miles of ocean frontage; approximately 2,000 acres on the south part of the island reaching out towards the South Shore; and approximately 1,300 acres surrounding BBCP’s South Shore luxury resort community – Kukui’ula.
