Cary Wicker

Responsibilities

As vice president, Cary is responsible for the oversight and implementation of The District, BBCP’s 36-acre land development project in Centennial, Colorado. Cary’s background and skills in asset management will ensure the success of this mixed-use development, which involves a combination of land planning, horizontal development, land parcel sales, and vertical development.

Experience

Cary has 15 years of commercial real estate experience ranging from acquisitions and asset management of office, retail, multi family, and industrial across various states.

Professional & Community Involvement

Cary is a member of the Colorado Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (“NAIOP”) as well as The Urban Land Institute (“ULI”). He is formerly active in international economic development programs such as Helps International and CEPAD.

Education

Cary received a BSBA in International Business and Spanish, and minor in Economics from the University of Tulsa. He then received an MBA with concentration in Real Estate Finance from The University of Denver.

Personal

Cary enjoys travel, sports and outdoors and spending time with his family and friends.
