Jordan Swisher

Responsibilities

Jordan has responsibilities at Brue Baukol Capital Partners that encompass the full real estate life cycle. She evaluates new acquisition opportunities and has played a major role in the pursuit of entitlements (including entitlement of BBCP’s 475-acre Redtail Ridge development). Jordan oversees a subset of BBCP’s portfolio and is responsible for the successful implementation of each project’s business plan and strategic objectives, including development and capital project oversight, leasing of completed projects, and the successful disposition of assets.

Experience

Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Jordan worked for McWhinney Real Estate Services. There, she helped establish the asset management platform for $2 billion assets under management and was most notably involved in Denver Union Station. Jordan started her career at Denver-based REIT, Dividend Capital Diversified Property Fund. She has ten years of commercial real estate experience ranging from financial underwriting and asset management to development of core and value-add, office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use product.

Education

Jordan holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Spanish from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Personal

Raised in Boulder, Colorado Jordan has stayed close to home and currently resides in Lafayette, Colorado with her husband and daughter. In her downtime, Jordan enjoys swimming, reading, and DIY home refurbishing projects.
